The Cavan Bakery in Hampton Hill has been threatened with closure after Richmond Council served them with a noise abatement notice.The bakery, which has been trading for more than 80 years, was told that they must reduce the noise between the hours of 9pm-7am, following a complaint from a single neighbour who has since moved.
